• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color or design are normal and not considered defects.

• Items that have been worn or altered.

• Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

✅ Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

• The refund will be made via the original payment method.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
